What is this that's coursing through my veins?
a warming sensation that heals all my pains.
It floods my heart, and continues to flow throughout,
your hand wipes my tears away, fixing the leaky spout.
Drying my face as a sense of compassion comes upon me,
plucked from those fearful emotions I am free.
The feeling of being alone melts away,
because you God are here always , not just today.
When I'm down I feel you surrounding me like a child,
even id I'm doing great, your grace comforts me so I don't get wild.
Beginning to change how and what I allow myself to see,
not giving into pressure unleashed by my enemy.
Instead I turn and run into your loving arms,
you keep me in check, always setting off godly alarms.
Backing away from you is something we can not afford,
authentically desiring friendship and an eternal life award.
Worship draws me closer to you than anything else I can think,
pouring my heart out in that, and not wasting a drop down the sink.
Being thankful for all that has happened, and of what is to come,
patiently waiting while my heart beats like a drum.
Giving everything I have, holding nothing back,
this goes on while the enemy tries to break me, sorry but I will not crack.

My dear daughter, do you think I can not see?
behind those eyes and fake smile, what wants to be.
Nothing can be done to escape my view,
I see deep inside your heart, actually further than you.
Hidden emotion, falsehood of action that takes place,
every single look that comes from your face.
I want nothing more than you to feel loved,

Heartache In Your Eyes
My stomach just began to swirl around,
feeling like a swift kick that just out me to the ground.
Memories flare up from the past,
still pictures are going through my mind so fast.
Heartache and pain are trying to gain control,
realizing a comforter to you is no longer my role.
As God as my witness, I will not give up on you,
continuing to pray that your heart gets made new.
Eyes so blue, yet so very clear to me,
deep inside I see a longing desire to be free.
My heart breaks for you and often wants to talk,
choosing your own way, I must let you walk.
God will continue to come and meet,
often trying hard to deliver you a glorious treat.

Lunch Time
These speakers are here for me I believe,
they talk with words that touch my soul.
To them my heart cleave,
in my life they will play a special role.
Sitting out here looking at the beauty He made,
knowing His watchful eye will never leave my side.
Sun gleaming off of the ice is like a sparkle in the Lords eye,
Showing me He is there as it takes me for a ride.
The soothing sound of nature as Gods' grace flies by,
from the far tree tops I can see to the pebbles at my feet.
I feel as if I'm walking with Jesus down a mercy street,
Blessing me with His wonders is a powerful sight.
Know that when I'm ready I shall never stop my fight,
these things that poke and prod my thoughts shall not stay.
For in my heart and soul the Lord will never go away.

Darkness surrounded by the holy light,
evil lurking within, waiting to come out.
Struggling in the mind, searching for what's right,
sometimes we need a harsh night of spiritual shout.
Hardship and pain entangles the beautiful heart,
friends are what tie us strongly to His power.
Setting aside time for Him with a scheduled chart,
letting the glory rain in our souls like a shower.
The word should engulf you fully leaving you wanting more,
use it in life to help glorify the Lord.
Know temptation will be there, but don't let it start war,
in you sings a righteous melody on a wonderful chord.
You are loved no matter what cuz He is on our side,
the enemy may attack but that's due to something great in you.
Let in the light and it will be an amazing adeventure ride,
His love for you and me reigns supreme it's true.
Please just let His awesomeness in and rule,
there is nothing more I want than to see you in heaven.
Life may sometimes be a little bit cruel,
but it will be you and me bro, up there twenty-four seven.

a motherly sister is something that comes to mind.
Caring and showing me things that I don't see,
your friendship is something I have wanted to find.
Getting to really know you was a special gift,
not to mention the talks we had, meant so much.
When I was down, you saw and my heart you began to lift,
the grace and mercy you gave was the gentlest touch.
Seeing you work with others, I can see someone in you,
gifted you are by the love of God it's so true.
As we no longer see each other, I won't ever forget,
how much you mean, not only to me, but every person you ever meet.
For us to see each other again it will happen I bet,
when thhat happens it will be such a godly treat.
Not only to see but built in our hearts as well,
it's something I shall never trade or sell.

They cause joy and sorrow to every heart,
forming emotions in us that some choose to hide.
Holding them in is sometimes a dangerous start,
keeping those buried within is selfish pride.
Instead allow the tears to flow for God on high,
don't let fear to overcome your feelings anymore.
To your face fall and to the Lord we shall cry,
bring down the rain of the heavens, let it pour.
Break down yourself before Him, start the search,
it shall happen in the safest place you know.
A good place for you is at the altar call of church,
cry out to your heavenly Father, allow yourself to fully let go.
From the heart and soul is where that comes from,
stop playin games with it, that's just dumb.

He is here to win souls for the kingdom on earth,
we shall raise up warrior soldiers from their birth.

Failure fills us with the enemies terror,
keep your eyes on Him and everyday is great even if it's not sunny.
Don't lose your faith cuz it can be hard to get it back,
be pure in heart, body, and soul and there you will be.
You won't be searchin, lookin for the right track,
in the end it will be Christ and you free.
Stay focused, repent when you heart says to,
Jesus is always there to comfort and protect you.
Block out the evil tricks that can play with your mind,
look through the word, study it and we'll find.
The mercy and love that He has for us,
without our focus on Him we're nothing but dust.
The gifts we are blessed to have are great indeed,

That grows into something amazing for the kingdom,

Stop running away from the blame,
do you realize life is more than a game.
We have a mission on this earth, that's bigger than our name,
let God work on you, and you'll never be the same.
Him shining through you, now you've been set aflame,
burning for Christ, in that there's no shame.
No longer are you crippled, dying or lame,
for the power and love of God in your life has came.
Surrendering everything, making our fleshly bodies tame,
in order to allow the holy spirit to rule is our aim.
What we do is not for ourselves but a Godly fame,
to share His word and for His kingdom to reign.
Giving strength to the wounded, healing to those in pain,
to lose is to gain, just showing His life was not in vain.
