Pain Is Gone

Walking through these seats I can feel so much,
going past the rows there is anger and fear in every touch.
Why are the students crying from within?
Can they not see their life of sin?
For we are here to show them the way,
a safe place for them to rest or stay.
But no, they hide true feelings deep,
not realizing the path they walk is so steep.
Tears and sorrow are as clear as day,
what they need is something they can not buy.
Something that our Lord Jesus did pay,
God is waiting for them to give it a try.
The chairs attack like a serpent in the wild,
bringing forth the fear we once had as a child.
I say, you are far greater than this,
because you are marked by a holy kiss.
The plans He has in store for you, I do not know,
they are powerful indeed, so trust in God and He will show.
Your pain shall be gone in His name,
the Almighty One, in whom there is no shame.
